Geshe Sherab - March 5-7 2010

Gendun Drubpa is very pleased to welcome back Geshe Sherab, Headmaster of Kopan Monastery School in Kathmandu, Nepal

Geshe-la will expound on the three higher trainings. The Dalai Lama has stated "when it comes to practice, we have the three higher trainings: Ethical Discipline, Concentration, and Cultivation of Insight into Selflessness."  The question is how do we integrate these 3 Higher Trainings into our daily life? We are currently planning a week of activities ending with a retreat at Spokin Lake.
