Gendun Drubpa

Gendun Drubpa is an FPMT Tibetan Buddhist Study Group located in Central British Columbia, Canada.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming and contemplative environment where people can meet the Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha), study and deepen our understanding of the Buddhist path to enlightenment. Our study group is composed of individuals who meet to meditate and study together with the help of a volunteer coordinator.

exciting news!
This summer we will be starting our STUPA PROJECT
for WORLD PEACE and ENVIRONMENTAL HARMONY
Venerable Patricia will be moving to Gendun Drubpa to oversee this project
Wherever a stupa is built, the surrounding area becomes a place of powerful healing and deep peace for every visitor. The stupa will purify negative actions and help accumulate causes for happiness and success while healing the minds and bodies of those who see it.
As the elements come into contact with the stupa, they are also purified. So the wind and rain, even dust, that touches the stupa will collect these benefits and spread them wherever they go.
